Jeannie Finks

Jeannie Finks, Head of Customer Success at Neural Magic, has over 25 years of experience spanning customer success, digital strategy & implementation, and technical program leadership.

Prior to joining Neural Magic Jeannie held numerous hands-on customer success roles at Acquia, a SaaS company whose enterprise products, services, and technical support focus on the open-source CMS Drupal. She was responsible for providing white-glove technical and strategic business consulting to some of the world’s best-known companies.

Eager to dive into complex organizational challenges, Jeannie has led significant company-wide strategic implementations from customer success software to next-generation pricing models. By ensuring subscription packages and entitlements are aligned with customer segments and use cases, meaningful value can easily be perceived by customers.

Jeannie’s other relevant experience includes MIT Media Lab, Industrial Light and Magic, and independent technical consulting. She graduated cum laude from Brandeis University with a degree in computer science. Outside of Neural Magic, Jeannie participates in and has organized regular community tech meet-ups, open-source camps, conferences, and code sprints. Offline, she enjoys adventure travel, yoga, gardening, cooking, and spending time with family.
